Mile High Cams bolts a cam room onto the Mile High Media studio brand, and like most branded cam platforms the software beneath it is off-the-shelf: free public rooms, per-minute privates, HD streams, a directory cut into the standard categories. The front page listed performers between 20 and 39 when I looked, Darkova, ClaraVanessa, LunaMystique among them, the same names that appear on the other skins of this platform the same day, with a MileHighMedia.com link in the footer as the only studio content. None of the mechanics will surprise anyone who has used a cam site before. What you are actually choosing is the roster and whatever crossover the studio name brings, and the join step routes through a Google sign-in, which is worth knowing if you would rather not link that account.
