VerdictOne premise that actually works, a house viewing giving two strangers a reason to be alone, on the polished Aylo standard.

The estate-agent premise drives every scene on PropertySex, viewings, valuations and commission talk that turn into something else. It holds up better than most single-premise sites, because a house viewing gives two strangers a believable reason to be alone in an empty room, more than most setups manage. Production is on the polished Aylo standard, and you land straight on the plan page, which takes cards, SEPA, iDEAL and PayPal. Pricing runs €9.16 a month on the year at €109.99 with downloads included, €31.99 for a single month with downloads, €22.99 for a month of streaming only, and a €1 two-day trial. The single-month tiers are poor value next to the year. A one-idea site whose one idea actually works, best value on the annual.
