The last Dirty Hospital update is dated 14 June 2024, Interrogation Training at 31 minutes. Before it, Dr Winker’s Delight on 26 May, Doctor’s Strange Therapy on 4 May at 11 minutes, Fill Her Up Doc in April, Tigerr Tits And Tail in March, Dr Dementos Clinic at 38 minutes on 3 March, all 2024, and nothing since. So this is a finished catalogue of medical-fetish hardcore, doctors, interrogation training, strange therapies, with the props and rooms the niche needs, and the front page pads the gap with a live-cam block that lists 732 girls online and a Network Videos strip for Sinful XXX and the rest of AdultPrime. It sells only through that network: a month priced by whatever promo is live, from €9.99 to €19.99 this autumn, €59.88 a year, which is €4.99 a month, or €299 for life, with crypto accepted. Fine as one folder in that bundle on the yearly rate. Nobody should expect a new scene.
